General Questions

1. Is Singapore Herbals based in Singapore?

Yes, we are based in Singapore. Our company registration no. is 53134066W and we are registered as Singapore Herbals under the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Singapore.

Payment

1. What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer, check and cash payment during self collection.

2. Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Yes it is very safe. Singapore Herbals uses PayPal's secure online payment gateway for maximum security. PayPal is world's leading online secure payment processor. On top of that we have SSL secure certificate installed on our website for all types of transactions.

3. Do you have any restrictions on minimum or maximum order value?

Yes, we do have. Minimum order value should be S$10 and maximum order value is S$1000. For order above S$1000 please email us with the requirements at orders@singaporeherbals.com

Shipping

1. When do you deliver the goods?

Normally we deliver the goods next working day. If item is out of stock our system will not allow you to order that item.

2. Can I self-collect the goods from your office?

We do not have a shop to sell goods and thus, customers will not be able to self-collect from us. But self-collect can be arranged at Bedok MRT station by SMS/call @ 84366357

3. Why do you charge S$6 for delivery?

We pass on the big discounts to customers and have very little margin. That is why we take S$6 to cover up courier charges or transport cost to deliver. But for orders S$100 and above we absorb these charges. If you would like to collect the goods at Bedok MRT station then you can save delivery charges.

4. Why are you not shipping to other then Singapore?

At the movement we deliver to Singapore only. In near future we are planning to open up for South East Asia.
