SINGAPORE LOCAL DELIVERY

We charge a flat rate of S$6.00 within Singapore. For orders above S$100 delivery within Singapore is FREE. Orders can be sent in parcels or boxes either by Singapore post or courier whichever we feel is faster & more economical.

Currently we do not ship goods to other countries.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund minus delivery charges.

Goods must however, be returned unused, in their original packaging for a full refund to be made. If the goods are not this condition then we charge a restocking fee which takes into account the devaluation of the goods due to use/damage and an administrative cost.

If orders are cancelled before shipping, a full refund minus an administrative cost of 6% of the order value is given. This is to take into account bank charges that we have to pay to process the original payment.

Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
